SehaPilot provides cloud software for clinics to manage appointments, patients, staff, and billing. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service scope

SehaPilot is a clinic management platform. Features may include scheduling, patient records, invoicing, and team accounts depending on your plan.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your clinic account. Assign access only to authorized staff.

3. Subscriptions and trials

Plans and pricing are shown at sign-up. Trial accounts may access features for a limited period. You may cancel during a trial without charge. Paid subscriptions renew per the billing cycle you select unless cancelled.

4. Clinic data ownership

You retain ownership of clinic and patient data you enter. SehaPilot processes this data to provide the service on your behalf.

5. Acceptable use

Use SehaPilot only for lawful healthcare operations. Do not misuse patient information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the platform.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or modify features with reasonable notice where required. Either party may end the service according to subscription terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
